Ticket Escalation Desk is a free game set in the help centre of Nowhere Social, a made-up network. Tickets arrive: a forgotten password, a double charge, a purple like button, a wish for dark mode.
Send each one to the right desk (Login, Billing, Safety, Bugs, Ideas, Closing) and set its priority. On Expert, tickets start with misleading words, and some carry two problems: route by the one that matters most.

How to play
- Route
- +60 for the right desk, +40 for the right priority, +10 per ticket.
- Priority
- Urgent when someone else is in the account or a payment was taken twice.
- Three levels
- Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
- Satire
- Absurd and warm: every country, office, planet and form is made up, and every run ends on a real admin skill.
Scoring
+60 for the right desk, +40 for the right priority (+100 for the desk on Beginner), and +10 per ticket.
Win by routing at least 70% of the tickets fully right.

- Urgent is rare
- Only two things are urgent here: someone else in the account, or a payment taken twice.

- Route by the most urgent one. The wish for dark mode can wait.
