Terms of use

SkillXGames is a free collection of short, skill-based browser games, with a Community town, a chat, friend challenges and leaderboards. It is published by the publisher named in the legal notice. No account is needed. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

Scores, challenges and invites are for fun. Do not cheat, automate play, tamper with scores or invites, or overload the service. We may remove scores, challenges or rewards that look abusive.

You are responsible for what you post (nicknames, chat messages, challenge names, Golden Book entries, feedback). Keep it friendly: no insults, harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, links or personal details (yours or anyone else's). Do not impersonate other people.

Chat messages are public to everyone in town and disappear after one hour. Players can report a message; we may hide or delete content and block a nickname or a browser that breaks these rules, without notice. To report something, use the report button or write to hello@skillxtube.com.

By posting in the Golden Book or on the feedback board, you let us show that text on SkillXGames and SkillxTube.

The Edu Casino in the Community town is educational and for adults (18+). It uses fictional chips only: no real money, nothing to buy, nothing to win, and chips have no cash value.

Game pages can show sponsor logos and links to other websites, including SkillxTube. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Sponsored links are marked as such in the page code.

The games, pixel art, texts and code of SkillXGames are protected. You may play and share links to them, but not copy, reuse or resell them without our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

What we store and the cookie choice are explained in the privacy & cookie policy.

The games are provided “as is”. We work to keep them running, but cannot promise the site will always be available or free of bugs, or that scores and progress kept in your browser will never be lost. The games are for entertainment: the profiles, tips and lessons in them are not professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the protective rules of the country where you live.
