Fix-It Friday: free game for basic home repairs and safety
Leaky tap, tripped breaker, clogged sink. Fix it yourself, or know when to call a pro.
What is Fix-It Friday?
It's Friday evening and things are going wrong around the home. For each small job, read the clues, find the cause, grab the right tool and put the steps in order. Some jobs are safety traps, like water near a socket or a smell of gas, and the only right call there is to stop and call a pro.
Fix-It Friday is a free game about basic home repairs. Each job gives you clues, then asks for the cause, the tool and the steps in the right order.
Some jobs are traps: water dripping on a socket, a smell of gas, a breaker that trips with nothing plugged in. The game teaches when to stop and call someone qualified, which matters more than any tool.
