It's Friday evening and things are going wrong around the home. For each small job, read the clues, find the cause, grab the right tool and put the steps in order. Some jobs are safety traps, like water near a socket or a smell of gas, and the only right call there is to stop and call a pro.

How to play

Diagnose. Read the clues and pick the cause (50).
Tool and steps. Pick the tool (50), then tap the steps in order (100, or 50 with one swap).
Safety traps. Water near power, gas, a breaker that won't stay up: stop and call a pro (150).
Three levels. Beginner has tips at every step. Expert adds subtle safety traps and 45 seconds per job. Each level keeps its own best score.

Quick tips

Supply off first. Water or power off before you open anything.
Read the clues. They usually point to one part: a washer, a hinge, a trap under the sink.
