Each week, approve up to two requests or spend the week filing. The crops, the town's mood and the paperwork pile all have to stay in the safe zone until the end of the season.

+10 per meter in the safe zone each week, +10 per permit, +30 for a week with all three safe, and +150 for finishing the season.
