Zoning Board: a free game about land use and persuasion
Turn an empty lot into homes and shops, if you can answer each board member's worry and win the vote.
What is Zoning Board?
You want an empty lot to hold flats over shops. The town's (fictional) planning board votes, and each member has one worry: traffic, green space, jobs, noise, the town budget or homes. Answer it with the right part of your plan.
