Spark Circuit: free pipe and wire connecting puzzle game

Turn the wire tiles so the current runs from the plug, through every tile, to Zip's bolt.

What is Spark Circuit?

Zip's bolt is out of power. Turn the wire tiles so the current runs from the plug, through every tile, to the bolt. A logic break that trains connecting conditions so every branch is true.

Spark Circuit is one of the Zip & the Gang cabinets of the SkillXTube Arcade, played natively in SkillXGames. Its star is Zip.

Spark Circuit is a rotation puzzle in the family of Pipe Mania and NetWalk. Each tile holds a piece of wire; tap to turn it a quarter. Connect the plug to Zip's bolt so every wire end meets another and every tile carries current.

There are 8 circuits, from 3×3 to 5×5, and 3 hearts per run. Powering on with a short circuit costs a heart, but the board stays as you left it.

What it trains

Spark Circuit trains connecting conditions so every branch is true. It is a logic break in the "Logic" family: short enough to fit between two tasks, deep enough to get better at.

Every ranked run you play on SkillXGames is dealt and checked by SkillXTube and counts for Team SkillXGames on the shared SkillXGames vs SkillXTube board.

Strategy and tips

Start at the edges
A wire on the border cannot point outwards. Edge and corner tiles often have only one possible rotation.
Fix the sure ones
Lock in every tile with a single possible orientation, then see what it forces next to it.
Follow the yellow
The current is drawn as you go. Extend the powered path one tile at a time.
Count the ends
Every end must meet another. A straight piece next to a dead end tells you which way it must turn.

Why play Spark Circuit?

Spark Circuit trains logical deduction: each tile constrains its neighbours, and you solve the board by chaining small certainties. It is the same reasoning as a Sudoku, in wires.
