Daily IQ Gym: free daily brain-training game, 5 drills a day

Five minutes, five mini-drills, one streak. Watch your progress curve.

What is Daily IQ Gym?

Every day, five short drills: symbol code, a logic circuit, a cube net, a quick estimate and number runs. The mix is the same for everyone that day. Keep your day streak going and watch your 14-day progress curve.

Daily IQ Gym is a free daily brain-training game. Each day brings five short drills: a 20-second symbol code, a logic circuit to light, a cube net to match, a quick Fermi estimate and three number runs. The mix is picked by the date, so everyone gets the same set that day.

Each drill scores up to 100, for a total out of 500. Do well and the next drill gets harder; struggle and it eases off. Finish all five to light today on your day streak, and watch each day's total draw a 14-day progress curve. It shows a progress score, never an IQ number.

Watch the curve
Your best total each day draws a 14-day progress curve, kept in this browser.

Scoring

Five drills, each scored 0–100: symbol code, a logic circuit, a cube net, a quick estimate and three number runs. Total out of 500, never an IQ number.

A drill at 70+ makes the next one harder; under 40 makes it easier. One gym a day: its total counts toward your streak and 14-day curve.

What it trains

A daily habit
About five minutes a day keeps the streak alive.
Variety
Speed, logic, spatial sense, estimation and patterns in one session.
Progress
Watching your two-week curve instead of a single day.

Strategy and tips

Same time each day
A fixed moment, like with your morning coffee, keeps the streak alive.
Read before you rush
The symbol code is timed; the other drills aren't. Take a breath on the cube.
Count the gaps
In number runs, write the differences between numbers in your head.
Estimate in steps
For the quick estimate, break the question into two or three numbers.
Watch the trend
One low day doesn't matter. The curve over two weeks is what counts.

Why play Daily IQ Gym?

Short, varied practice every day is easier to keep up than long sessions. Five different drills touch speed, logic, spatial sense, estimation and patterns in about five minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Is Daily IQ Gym free?

Yes. It is free and runs in your browser, with no download. Signing up is optional.

Does it give me an IQ score?

No. Despite the name, it shows only a progress score out of 500 and a level, never an IQ number, and it makes no claim to measure or raise IQ.

Where is my streak saved?

In this browser only (local storage). Clearing site data or switching devices starts a new streak.

Can I play more than once a day?

No: one gym a day, so the streak means something. Today's total goes on your curve, and a new gym opens at midnight.
