The Permit to Have Fun

You'd like to enjoy your weekend. The Office of Leisure would like a form. No activities with a K in them, an even number of hours, lowercase names only: fill every field so it passes the rule sheet before you run out of submissions.

How to play

Fill. Answer every field so it meets every rule on the sheet.
Submit. A rejection names only the first broken rule. Submissions are limited.
Three levels. Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
Satire. Absurd and warm: every country, office, planet and form is made up, and every run ends on a real admin skill.

Quick tips

Read every rule first. Some rules link two fields, like companions and hours.
Check before submitting. Go down the rule sheet and check each field once.
