How to play

Four parts. Situation (one moment), Behaviour (what a camera would see), Impact (what it caused) and a Next step.
Pick a chip per part. Specific and kind, vague, or a judgement about the person.
Score. 25 per specific and kind chip, 10 per vague one, 0 per judgement: 100 per comment.
Three levels. Beginner has two chips per part and tips. Expert hides the meters and gives 40 seconds per comment. Each level keeps its own best score.

Quick tips

One moment. "In Tuesday's report" beats "always".
Camera words. Describe what someone did, not what you think they are.
