Feedback Frame: free game to give constructive feedback
"Your report is bad." Turn blunt feedback into feedback people can use.
What is Feedback Frame?
Five blunt comments are about to be sent. Rebuild each one as Situation, Behaviour, Impact and a Next step, picking one chip per part: specific and kind, vague, or a judgement about the person. The colleague's reaction shows how it lands.
Feedback Frame is a free game about giving constructive feedback. Each round starts with a blunt comment, like "Your report is bad", and asks you to rebuild it in four parts.
Pick a chip for the situation, the behaviour, the impact and the next step. Specific and kind chips score best; vague ones lose clarity and judgements about the person lose kindness. A reaction meter shows how it lands.

- Situation, behaviour, impact, next step.

- Facts and moments instead of labels.
- Kindness that helps
- Being clear without judging the person.
Strategy and tips
- One moment
- "In Tuesday's report" beats "always".

- What it caused for the client, the team or you.
- Ask for one change
- A clear next step, said as a request.
Why play Feedback Frame?
Feedback that names a moment, a behaviour and its impact is easy to act on and hard to take personally. It's one of the most useful work skills, and the frame makes it repeatable.
