Diversify or Die

Three neighbourhoods of nine plots: shops, cafés, flats and offices. Pick four plots in each, then a shock hits one sector hard. Spread across sectors and the shock only dents your income.

How to play

Pick. Four plots per neighbourhood, each with its sector and monthly income.
Shock. One sector loses most of its income. 60 per sector held, up to 160 more for income kept.
Three levels. Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
Coins. Example numbers in plain fictional coins, made up for the game. Not financial advice.

Quick tips

One of each. Plots in different sectors rarely all have a bad year together.
Mind the shiny sector. The highest-income sector is tempting, and a single shock can take it all.
