What is Skill Stack?
Zip grows skills from small ideas. Place the piece in hand: three alike that touch merge into the next tier, from a Spark up to the Golden Zip. A logic break that trains synthesis: small pieces make big ones, if you leave them room.
Skill Stack is one of the Zip & the Gang cabinets of the SkillXTube Arcade, played natively in SkillXGames. Its star is Zip.
Skill Stack is a merge puzzle in the family of Triple Town. You place one piece at a time on the grid; three identical pieces that touch merge into one piece of the next tier, on the cell you just played. Climb from Spark and Note to Lesson, Skill, Project and Proof, all the way to the Golden Zip.
The Brainrot wanders one cell per turn and eats space. Box it in and it becomes a Fossil; three Fossils make an Archive. When the grid is full, the run is over.

How to play
- Place
- Tap an empty cell to place the piece in hand. A ghost shows where it lands.
- Merge
- 3 alike that touch become 1 of the next tier, on the cell you played. Cascades score x2, x3…
- Brainrot
- It wanders one cell a turn. Box it in: it turns into a Fossil, and 3 Fossils make an Archive.
- The gang
- Thumby is a joker, Skip erases a cell, Later keeps one piece aside (key L). Full grid = run over.
- Undo
- Changed your mind? Take back your last 3 moves (key U). The pieces stay the same: no reroll.

What it trains
Skill Stack trains combining small ideas into bigger ones, and planning space ahead. It is a logic break in the "Synthesis" family: short enough to fit between two tasks, deep enough to get better at.

Strategy and tips
- Build in a corner
- Keep your high tiers together in one corner so each new merge lands next to the next one up.
- Leave room
- Every merge needs a free cell. Plan where the merged piece will land before you place.
- Chain cascades
- A merge that creates a third piece of the next tier merges again, for ×2 and ×3 scores.
- Trap early
- One Brainrot is easy to box in. Several roaming at once will fill your grid.
- Use the gang
- Thumby is a joker, Skip clears a cell and Later holds a piece aside (key L). Undo takes back up to 3 moves (key U).
