How to play

Screening call. Three classic questions. Pick the strong answer, not the cliché or the off-track one.
Team interview. Build two STAR answers: choose the stronger Situation, Task, Action and Result each time.
Final round. Two tough questions, then pick 3 good questions to ask them.
Score. +100 per strong pick, +50 per life left if you get the offer. A weak answer costs one of 3 lives.

Quick tips

Proof beats adjectives. “Hard-working team player” says nothing. One example with a result says a lot.
Use STAR. Situation, Task, Action, Result: one line each, with what you did and what changed.
Say “I”, not “we”. Interviewers want your actions, not the team's.
Be honest about weaknesses. Name a real one and what you're doing about it. “Perfectionist” is a cliché.
Always ask questions. Ask about success in the first months, the team's challenges and how feedback works.
