Quick tips

• Two questions. Is it important to my goals? Does it need doing today? The answers pick the tray.
• Only you?. If someone else can do it as well or better, delegate, even if it's quick.
• Later is not never. Important, not urgent work is where real progress happens: block time for it.
• Deadlines hide in the text. "By noon", "before 15:00", "or we release it": read the first lines.
• Scams are deletes. Prizes you never entered and rushed payment requests go straight to the bin.
