Fix or Flip

Buy a worn-out house, pick the works that add more value than they cost, and sell. A new roof usually pays; gold-plated taps rarely do. And works have a habit of running over.

How to play

Choose. Six jobs, each with its cost and the value it adds. Stay within the budget.
Sell. Your score compares your profit with the best set of jobs.
Three levels. Beginner, Intermediate or Expert, picked before you play: the content and the clock change, and each level keeps its own best score.
Coins. Example numbers in plain fictional coins, made up for the game. Not financial advice.

Quick tips

Value minus cost. Only jobs that add more than they cost raise your profit.
Ratio, not size. Compare what each coin spent brings back, not the biggest number.
