First Aid Rush: free first aid quiz game, act step by step
Timed emergency scenarios, step by step: CPR, choking, bleeding, burns, stroke. Pick the right action, learn why.
What is First Aid Rush?
Someone collapses, chokes, bleeds or gets burned. At each step, pick the right action before the clock runs out, then read why. Based on mainstream first-aid guidance: a refresher, not a course.
First Aid Rush is a timed first-aid refresher. Each scenario unfolds step by step: a man collapses in a park, a colleague chokes at lunch, boiling water spills on a hand, an aunt's face suddenly droops. At each step, pick the right action out of three before the clock runs out, and read why.
The content follows mainstream lay first-aid guidance (European Resuscitation Council, Red Cross): safety first, calling emergency services, chest compressions, back blows and abdominal thrusts, direct pressure on bleeding, cooling burns with running water, the FAST signs of stroke. It's a refresher, not a substitute for a certified course.

How to play
- Read
- An emergency unfolds, one step at a time.
- Act
- Pick the right action out of three before the clock runs out.

Strategy and tips
- Safety first
- Check for danger before you approach. A second casualty helps nobody.
- Call early
- Unresponsive and not breathing normally? Call 112 or 911 at once and ask for a defibrillator.
- Press, don't peek
- On a bleeding wound, keep firm pressure and add layers instead of lifting the cloth.
- Water, not ice
- Cool a burn under running water for 20 minutes; no ice, no butter.
- FAST
- Face, Arm, Speech, Time: stroke signs mean calling emergency services right away.
Why play First Aid Rush?
In an emergency, people freeze because they're unsure of the first step. Rehearsing the sequence, even in a game, makes the right action come faster. Take a certified first-aid course to practise hands-on.
Frequently asked questions
Is First Aid Rush free?
Yes. It is free and runs in your browser, with no download. Signing up is optional.
Can this game replace a first-aid course?

Mainstream lay first-aid guidance from the European Resuscitation Council (2021) and the Red Cross.
What number should I call?
112 across Europe, 911 in the US and Canada, or your local emergency number.
