Quick tips

• Wait for the ring. The timer rings at 25 minutes of focus. Switching right after it is a perfect pomodoro.
• Keep breaks short. About 5 minutes. Longer and the study mood drifts away.
• Count your tomatoes. Four tomatoes light up as you finish pomodoros. When all four are lit, the next break is the long one.
• Don't skip the long break. 15 to 30 minutes after four pomodoros. Skip it and every next focus block tires out sooner.
• Build the streak. Three well-timed switches in a row double your bonus, six triple it.
